A Great Place to Work™ Certification celebrates businesses with outstanding employee experiences. Through a two-step process including multiple employee surveys and a workforce questionnaire, WIC has been recognised for its work culture; supportive, inspiring, respectful, trusting and above all, fun.

With our own in-house Training Manager, we support individual progress as you navigate your career path. We offer both internal and external training sessions to develop your professionality, as well as your interests.
Team Socials
Our team is incredibly driven and hard working, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We host Christmas and summer socials, with lots of fun in between. Oh, and not to mention our delicious BBQs on the last Friday of every month during summer.
